Over 4 weeks, I take you through the essential stress mastery skills, so you can deal with the demands, problems and chaos, create peace and balance, and start mastering the overwhelm of 21st century living and working, rather than have it master you! Classes are capped at 10 pax for individual attention, and run for 1 hour a week for 4 weeks. Tickets $97.00 p.p prepaid or $30 per session (casual rate).

Join us to make sense of it all; discover healthy, God-honouring ways to deal with feelings (like failure, perfectionism and procrastination, and those pesky "should's"); and figure out how to balance sacrificial giving with emotionally sustainable living. A time to refresh, pick up some practical tools to throw off what keeps us stuck, and focus on what really matters!
For folks who have been on retreat with me before, this is a great opportunity to relax, re-engage with and extend the skills previously learned, and develop new insights into the situations God means for you to start mastering.
