Program Framework

The CPR Coaching Program is structured into nine modules, divided across three stages. Each module is designed to support Christian professionals in their journey to manage and master stress, build resilience, and breathe joy and vitality back into their lives. The content is evidence-based and integrates psychological principles with faith-based and theologically-grounded practices to offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

What You can Expect from CPR

1.    Personalized Coaching:

You will receive 1:1 coaching sessions with the program facilitator, conducted either face-to-face or online. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and circumstances, ensuring personalized support throughout your journey.

2.    Unlimited Sessions:

For the duration of the program, you have access to unlimited coaching sessions. This allows for continuous feedback, support, and fine-tuning of the material to your specific context.

3.    Wellbeing Assessments:

The program includes various wellbeing assessment tools to help you monitor your progress and identify areas for further development.

4.    Psychological, Somatic, Prayer and Reflective Practices:

We incorporate a variety of practices, including somatic practices such as breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, and discuss others, which may include sleep hygiene or Omega-3 supplementation. These are recommended to enhance your overall wellbeing. Please consult with your GP or medical professional to ensure these practices are safe for you, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

5.    Resource Access:

All program materials and resources are hosted privately on the facilitator’s Google Drive. You will have access to these resources following payment and can download them as needed during the program duration.

6.    Extended Support Guarantee:

No-one’s journey is the same. If you're showing up and doing the work, but two months is not quite sufficient for you to implement all the tools and strategies, then we will re-sign the contract to give you an extra month's access to the program at no added charge.

Our Expectations of You

1.    Active Participation:

To maximize the benefits of the CPR program, we expect you to actively participate in all sessions and complete any assigned tasks or practices. This proactive involvement is crucial for your progress and for the continuity of subsequent sessions.

2.    Completion of Tasks:

Each 1:1 session relies upon work discussed in prior session(s) and practiced in-between sessions. Failure to conduct these practices/tasks will result in the postponement/cancellation of the subsequent 1:1 session, which cannot be rebooked until the task is completed.

3.    Health Considerations:

You are responsible for consulting with your GP or medical professional to ensure that participation in recommended practices does not conflict with any medical conditions or treatments. Any contraindications should be communicated to the facilitator, and alternative practices will be arranged.

4.    Feedback:

Your feedback is vital for the continuous improvement of the program. We encourage you to share your experiences and suggestions to help refine the CPR framework.

By participating in the CPR program, you are committing to a journey of personal and professional growth, guided by expert psychological insights and anchored in your Christian faith. We are here to support you every step of the way, helping you embody peace and ignite purpose in all areas of your life.
