Merry Stressmas?


How is it this time of the year again already?

This time of year can be absolutely crazy, with holidays looming and workloads and family demands and health pressures increasing. Mastering your stress can be a bit like maintaining your car. There are lots of little things you can do to make things run more smoothly and get to where you need to go in one piece.

So I thought it might be helpful to put a spin on the typical Advent Calendar – instead of chocolates or toys, let’s talk about little things we can do and use to make this stressful season a little less crazy and a little more serene.

So every day will be a quick 30 second to one minute read. Then, if you put a few minutes every day into actually doing what we talk about, reflecting on how and when and what it is really like for you to put it into practice, you’ll have a great chance of getting something meaningful and useful out of the month.
